We have an exciting opportunity for a Subscription Sales Manager to join our team at Springwise, a pioneering innovation platform recently acquired by Faversham House in October 2024.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our subscription base, leveraging our newly integrated technology platforms and cutting-edge AI-powered collection processes. You will work closely with a talented team of three, including two editorial experts and a product manager, all collaborating directly with our Chief Executive and Chief Technology Officer to develop a groundbreaking subscription product for investors, innovators, and corporate innovation teams.
This is your chance to make a significant impact as the first sales manager for this product, contributing to its development and success. Faversham House is treating Springwise as a scale-up venture, fostering an entrepreneurial environment where adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to experiment are key.

Your profile
Our ideal candidate will have subscription or membership sales experience and be looking to take the next step in their career working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
They will:
* Be confident on the telephone and willing to pick up the phone
* Demonstrate the ability to do a solutions sell
* Be confident working with senior clients at D and C suite level
* The ability to experiment and build a proposition
