Location: Hybrid/ Manchester
Salary: up to £40,000
Macmillan Davies are actively seeking a People Experience Advisor to join a Manchester based organisation which genuinely believes their employees are truly their greatest asset.
This newly created role will be key in supporting leaders and teams, shaping the evolving culture, developing programs and policies that align with the organisation's values and goals.
Your creativity and understanding of employee needs will be crucial as you design unique programs to celebrate accomplishments, encourage professional growth, and address any challenges employees may face.
This role could be for you if:
1. You have experience in delivering people programs/initiatives - building creative solutions from idea to reality.
2. You have a collaborative mindset; you thrive in a team environment, working closely with colleagues/stakeholders across various departments to achieve shared goals.
3. You're comfortable in the grey, demonstrating agility in a scaling, high-growth environment and have project management and change management experience.
4. You show self-awareness and empathy, and apply people experience principles such as design thinking, agile HR and human centred design.
5. You're an excellent communicator - you instil trust and build relationships quickly.
6. You're data driven - you are able to put metrics in place and report on results and take action accordingly.
