Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of groundworks for a large-scale housing development, completing groundworks, roads, and sewer works.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
3. Oversee health & safety, compliance, and subcontractor performance.
4. Liaise with clients, site teams, and senior management to ensure smooth project delivery.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in groundworks & housing projects.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
3. Knowledge of UK construction regulations and health & safety standards.
4. Ability to start Monday and commit to a long-term role.
