We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join us as a Supply Chain Team Lead (known in house as Supplier Delivery Supervisor) located at our Derby site. This is a 12-month fixed term contract position.
As Supplier Delivery Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring your people deliver outstanding results and service whilst ensuring the team continue to learn, develop, and grow in their roles. A key part of the role is for you to manage the relationships of our suppliers, working with them to provide first-class service ensuring the needs of our customers are understood and managed within our organisation.

You will be the person dealing with any escalations, issues or concerns and making sure communication is first class.
About You
You will be exceptional at relationship management, and managing supplier expectations will be at the heart of everything you do. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of delivering great service.
We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences of working in a Supply Chain management position where excellence is at the heart of what you do. We are especially interested in hearing from those candidates who have a background as a Material Controller or have worked in the Aerospace, Manufacturing or Production sectors.
Travel is expected so you must be able to drive and commit to visiting the supply chain that you will be aligned to.
Job Summary
To support the Supplier Delivery & Performance Manager through managing a team of Critical Part Leads and Material Controllers having end to end responsibility for supply chain delivery to meet customer requirements. Ensuring the development of supplier capability and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain whilst delivering measurable benefit to Incora and our customers. Strong orderbook management, critical part management and risk mitigation initiatives through supplier development programs and innovation in supplier management. People development and personal growth is a key part of this role to make a successful team.
