Supporting people to live great lives
You will be working in a registered care home, as part of a fantastic team supporting 13 people on site across 3 dorma bungalows and an activities building. From making a cuppa and having a boogie at a disco, you will be supporting with them with finding their place in community. The people we support have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach – big or small. Your role will involve promoting independence and building meaningful connections. You will be available to work a variety of shifts, which be predominantly evening shifts from 2.30pm-10.00pm plus some mornings and alternate weekends. You will need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence for this role.
