Digital Performance Marketing Manager – Travel Industry
We are exclusively partnering with a well-established and reputable travel company in search of a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute their digital marketing strategies. Our client is a privately-owned travel business with over 40 years of experience, offering a diverse range of holidays, including Mediterranean getaways, long-haul beach destinations, river cruises, and escorted tours.
This role will be responsible for managing key digital performance channels, including PPC, SEO, and Paid Social, with the goal of driving business growth and optimizing customer engagement across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement PPC strategies to achieve campaign goals.
• Manage and optimize Paid Social and SEO efforts to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with offline marketing, product, IT, and sales teams to ensure cohesive
strategies.
• Oversee relationships with digital marketing stakeholders and platform partners.
Digital Marketing Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in a Performance Marketing Manager role, either agency or
client-side.
• Background in the travel industry is a plus.
• Expertise in managing marketing budgets, with a focus on driving growth.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and more.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of forecasting and reporting.
