Our Data Loss Prevention team plays a vital role in helping to protect member and employee data from accidental or negligent loss. Within the team, we have both Operational and Engineering teams who work closely together to design, build and maintain our controls. What you'll be doing You'll support and continuously enhance our existing security services for DLP, providing technical subject matter advice and knowledge on Data Loss and Insider Risk detection, prevention and methodology. You'll provide a key contribution to the design, implementation and embedding of complex operational and project driven functions. You'll work with other team members to implement designs and/or environment solutions to meet the data loss roadmap. About you We are looking for someone with: Demonstrable systematic and analytical approach to problem solving, identifying and implementing solutions with minimal support from management. Strong understanding of DLP (Data Loss Prevention) industry related best practices, striving to advocate good practices across Nationwide to adopt and share experiences. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate complex messages to stakeholders, both internally and externally. Strong quality and service focus. Working to ensure incident trends and problem records are identified and managed to completion.
