Main Duties of the Job
* Patient-Centered Care: Provide thoughtful, sensitive care and treatment to young people and their families, working closely with senior nurses and consultant psychiatrists.
* Advocacy: Ensure the voices of young people are heard and included in their care plans, promoting a partnership in care.
* Family Involvement: Liaise with families to guarantee seamless patient care and support.
* Collaborative Care: Work as an associate/key-worker, participate in care planning, and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making.
* Safe Environment: Maintain a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for all.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse Qualification or studying towards NMC registration (in final year of University - 3rd year of MH/LD qualification)
* Related First Degree ENB 998 ENB 603
Experience
* Experience of working with young people
* Inpatient CAMHS nursing experience working with patients with eating disorders
