Multi Skilled Plumber Starting salary £32,020, rising to £33,705 on successful completion of 6 month probation period Covering Salford & Bolton 39 hour week, working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday Thursday & 8am-3:30pm on Friday Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided Key must haves – full clean driving licence, NVQ level 3 in plumbing, previous experience in Social Housing What you’ll be doing You will assist with providing a first class plumbing service in respect of the maintenance of all domestic sanitary appliances e.g. bathrooms, sinks, taps, drainage etc to all our homes, maintaining a high standard of workmanship in the homes in your area. Ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety. Have good organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy and reactive work load. Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude. Demonstrate reliability, initiative, ability to work as part of a team and on your own. You will communicate with customers and colleagues effectively. Treating our homes with respect and maintain high standards of health and safety & reporting any concerns to your line manager. You will look after the equipment provided to you keeping it in clean and fit working condition. What you’ll need NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing To be able to work a 39 hour working week, with out of hours cover every 1 in 4 weeks with an out of hours payment A full clean drivers licence to be able to drive a Great Places Van Ability to work as part of a team or on your own Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines.
