Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Implement strategies to help students develop academic skills and improve their educational outcomes Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN Code of Practise Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Strong problem-solving skills Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience using assistive technology in education Working Conditions: Flexible working hours, mainly during school hours.
