Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong administrative support within a fast-paced office environment.
Manage and support the administration of hard services works within a Facilities Management setting.
Handle daily office duties, ensuring efficient management of processes and workflows.
Utilise strong experience with Excel and other IT packages for data entry, report generation, and general office tasks.
Assist in maintaining effective communication with internal and external teams, ensuring customer service excellence.
Coordinate administrative processes in line with facilities management operations.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all administrative tasks, especially under pressure in a dynamic environment
Qualifications/Skills:
Prior office administration experience is essential.
Experience within a Facilities Management environment is highly desirable.
