Our client, a busy franchised car dealership in Bolton is looking for a Kerridge experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Accounts team on a temporary basis.
Contract length and working hours are flexible.
Responsibilities
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
1. Raising and processing payments for suppliers
2. Registering and processing invoices
3. Inputting data and/or information onto the system
4. Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of administration processes to achieve company benchmarks
5. Planning ahead to ensure all tasks are achieved within specific time frames
6. Ensuring the correct actions are taken to comply with Group benchmarks
7. Consistently achieving a high standard of ledger maintenance to ensure accurate information is always available
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ motor trade Purchase Ledger experience
2. Kerridge experience
Remuneration & Benefits:
£12.50 - £13.50 Per Hour DOE
Immediate Start
Weekly Pay
Flexible Contract Length (1 to 3 months)
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Can start as early as 7.30am
Finish as late as 6pm
