Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with cost management, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects.
* Support the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and contracts.
* Monitor and report on project costs, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
* Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
* A recent graduate or postgraduate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
