If so, we want to hear from you Position: Menu Process Executive Location: Solihull, Shirley (Light and airy offices with free parking, onsite pub, and more) Department: Food Team As a Menu Process Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the food team with the end-to-end menu roll-out across our group. You will oversee the offer change process timeline, manage key tasks and deadlines, and ensure the successful launch of each menu. If you're an organised administrator, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity to join a supportive team with exciting challenges Key Responsibilities: Manage the offer change process timeline and scheduling for the food team’s activities. Maintain and update the food team project tracker to ensure tasks are completed on time Work with different teams across the business to ensure the menu development process stays on track Support the data setup, including ingredients, recipes, and menus, in our food costing system (Starchef). Publish and manage the approval process for ingredients, recipes, and menus. Assist with the building and rollout of digital specifications across all formats. Support the food team with menu forecasting and reviewing product usage. Maintain cost of goods and prepare margin models for new menus. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across the food team. Collaborate with the food development team to create and maintain essential reports. What We’re Looking For: Strong Excel skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages. Project management experience with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Commercially focused with a solid understanding of business processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Highly resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Full UK driving license (for occasional travel if needed).
