Responsibilities
Assist chefs with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all areas are up to health and safety standards.
Wash, peel, and prepare food items as requested by the chefs.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
Help with washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Restock and organize food supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the day.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen area free of hazards and obstacles.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferable but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and cooking processes.

Pay Per Hour: £13.77
