Up to £29,000 plus excellent benefits
Key Responsibilities
1. Credit card reconciliations
2. Finance query resolution
3. Provide support and training to employees where required
4. Processing of employee expenses in line with payment run deadlines, ensuring employees are notified of expenses submission deadlines
5. Accurately record receipts for both card and cash payments, reconciling accordingly
6. Post payments to the general ledger on monthly basis, as well as post accrual journals
7. General financial administration as required
8. Assisting with audit queries as needed
Person Specification
9. Experience working in a similar role
10. Excellent attention to detail
11. Great communication skills and able to work cohesively amongst a team
