Contractor Support Administrator - Permanent Role Edinburgh Office Hybrid WFH £23,000-£24,000 Salary Quarterly Bonus Company Benefits Lorien resourcing is looking for an experience administrator to lead on contractor support for the entire contractor life cycle (pre, during and post assignment). This role will ensure all key stakeholders are fully informed throughout including operations, on and off-site teams, line managers and the contractor. Day to day support and administration of the systems linked to the candidate experience (Fieldglass, Bullhorn, In Time etc.) Who are we? What to expect from this role? This client that Lorien supports is one of the biggest financial services organisations in the UK. Based in Edinburgh and with over 1000 IT contractors onsite, this is a busy client account. You will be the main point of contact for queries from any of the contractors Lorien have placed on assignment with this client. Being comfortable and confident on the telephone is essential and having a background in recruitment is strongly desirable. Main responsibilities: Ownership of the Contractor lifecycle Administration of all the relevant systems related to the Contractors Contractor care and support ensuring the best possible experience throughout Creation of leads through the Contractor and Line Manager contact to be passed to the relevant team(s) Accurate upkeep of all recruitment systems Managing offer and on-boarding process as required Compliance with and adherence to all client policies Compiling reports and working in line with formal SLAs agreed with client Leading Contractor Care programme and managing active contractor relationships Project work and any other relevant activities as required and directed by Lorien Management Required qualifications & expertise: Good understanding on Lorien systems would be beneficial but not essential, strong Microsoft office skills and a knowledge of Fieldglass/Bullhorn Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail Customer Service experience would be preferable Good commercial awareness – an understanding of the business and the market we operate in would be beneficial Strong knowledge of legislation relating to temporary recruitment Experience of working in commercially targeted environment Experience of managing multiple recruitment systems High level of numeracy and literacy
