Bede's Trust is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Domestic Assistant to join our Senior School in Upper Dicker, Hailsham.
For this role, we are looking for someone to provide a comprehensive cleaning service to all areas of the School, demonstrating consistent quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
You will need to have a full awareness and working knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) procedures for cleaning materials, ensuring the correct action is applied when using any chemical cleaning solutions, and be responsible for the cleaning maintenance and storage of all equipment and machines, ensuring that any issues are reported to the cleaning manager.
If successful, you will work as part of a dedicated team ensuring the delivery of a first-class cleaning service. A uniform will also be provided. Previous experience is desirable; full training is provided.
This is a permanent position working 6.5 hours per week on Saturdays only, from 08:00 - 14:30 with a 30-minute unpaid break, 52 weeks per year.
Salary: £4,270.43 per annum, £12.60 per hour (Full Time Equivalent £26,279.57).
