• Be willing to support changing, medical or other personal hygiene
• Have relevant experience in supporting learning for pupils
• Work with the SENDCO and Inclusion manager in supporting individual pupils identified with an EHC Plan
• Be able to work with individual pupils on set targets and help review and implement these targets
