Senior Building Control Surveyor needed to join a local Berkshire Council.
As the Senior Building Control Surveyor, you will carry out site inspection work in respect of developments making sure they comply with building regulations, building safety regulator requirements and associated legislation.
You will be
* class 2 registered building inspector (cat A-F)
* RICS/CABE membership or similar
* Extensive experience in both commercial and domestic
* Experience in dangerous structures, demolition and scaffold licenses
Desirable
* Fire engineering/safety related qualification
* Management training
* Educated to a degree level...
