We are currently seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! This is a job based on site.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing daily attendance, and maintaining strong communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day onsite operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
Check and track daily attendance for all team members
Communicate effectively with our staff and clients.
Manage schedules, assignments, and assist with operational needs
Ensure the highest quality standards and resolve any operational challenges
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred
Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of attendance
Shift pattern : 4 days on/ 4 days off ( 12 h shift)
Salary : 13.50£-14.50£ per hour based on experience/ discussed during your interview
