Required to start in November, we seek to recruit a full-time Site Supervisor at Crackley Hall to oversee and coordinate day to day caretaker functions such as reactive maintenance, PPMs, compliance checks, porterage, cleaning and security. This exciting and wide-ranging role is remotely managed by the Head of Estates and Sustainability, but the Site Supervisor is the key person on the ground, ensuring that their site is fully functional, organised, clean, tidy, secure and well maintained. The role is all year round (52 weeks per year) for 37.5-hours per week (with a one-hour unpaid break per day). The working pattern will vary on a rota basis working a week of 6.45am to 3.15pm shifts and a week of 10.30am to 7.00pm shifts.The working days are predominately Monday to Friday, though Saturday work will occasionally be required. The starting salary for this role is between D13 to D16 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff scale, currently £26,589 to £27,612 per annum full-time equivalent by negotiation, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
