The Role As a Factory Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process of our industry-leading roller shutter doors. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, cut, and prepare components for roller shutter doors. Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times. Assist in maintaining a clean and organised factory environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Forklift license (advantageous but not essential).
