Full Time / Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
£28,800 - £40,800 dependent on experience + OTE

Main missions:
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you carry out the following missions:
1. Prospect, qualify and win new business within agreed parameters
2. Qualify, distribute and close inbound leads from web and marketing activities
3. Partner with marketing team to develop campaigns to generate leads within agreed market sectors
4. Manage a pipeline of customer opportunities from inception to a win
5. Maintaining up to date knowledge of relevant products and services
6. Developing internal relationships with colleagues across the business to be able to provide the best level of service to your customers
7. Actively assisting and supporting colleagues as required
Profile / skills required:
8. Commercially minded with experience of winning new business
9. Ability to build rapport and influence senior external stakeholders
10. Confident telephone manner and tenacious sales approach
11. Self-motivated and confident in using initiative
12. Ability to create solutions for customer requirements
13. Strong communication and team working skills
14. Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
15. Ability to apply / win / manage public - private tenders
16. Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to multitask
17. Proficiency in using MS Office / CRM
