As a Senior, Principal, or Associate Town Planner, you will be at the forefront of planning in Bristol. You will take on a pivotal role in shaping the city's future, working on exciting projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and contribute to planning applications and appeals.
* Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
* Promote sites through Local Plans and provide strategic advice on major urban extensions.
* Provide expert advice on planning policies and regulations.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Mentor and guide junior team members.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
* Minimum four years of experience in town planning.
* MRTPI qualification is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of the residential planning landscape.
* Proven track record of successful planning.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about urban and rural planning.
