You will support the maintenance manager by improving site performance through root cause analysts and machine breakdown records. Key Responsibilities Enforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), within factory areas To provide support and advice to engineers and operational team where appropriate. To monitor and control labour by allocating work to self and others and by controlling breaks and the time keeping of employees. Completion of the shift hand - over breakdown board and reports to ensure effective hand over.
