Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of dietary advice and treatment plans, which are critical for accurate patient care and management. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will work in the Primary Care Service within the Diabetes team, covering both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes clinics. These clinics will be a combination of telephone and face-to-face consultations. You will provide expert dietary advice, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant qualifications in Dietetics. HCPC registration. Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or a related field. Extensive experience in diabetes care.
