Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, self-directed individual to become RTT Data Coordinator.
If you have experience or an Interest in data reporting, RTT, elective pathways, outpatients, or customer care and would like to gain further experience or knowledge while providing day-to-day support, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.
You will be working as part of a team supporting the validation of the spinal service patient's journey and admissions, with a particular focus on pulling patients through the patient pathway within the Trust and NHS targets.
This role with involve working closely with a wide team both internal and external, clinical, and non-clinical.

You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to coordinate multiple patient pathways. Each pathway will reflect individual patient journeys which will need to be managed in line with the clinical prioritisation and NHS performance targets. - Being an excellent communicator is vital in this role as you will be expected to liaise with the teams delivering the service and our customers accessing our services.- Able to analyse and understand data whilst understanding how this correlates to our patients journey and experience.
This is a full-time post Monday to Friday with the planned working hours during core hours however a level of flexibility will be required during periods of leave.

Qualifications / training required
Essential
1. Good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy skills demonstrable to GSCE pass level or equivalent standard.
2. NVQ3/A Level or equivalent experience
3. Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
Desirable
4. Courses / further study attended to demonstrate evidence of personal development.
5. Degree or equivalent professional qualification (or working towards).
6. Knowledge of medical terminology
Previous or relevant experience necessary
