Finance Admin Officer (Part time) Due to the current post-holder changing roles, we are looking for a versatile and well-organised Finance Admin Officer to join our existing friendly and experienced Admin team supporting the work of the school in all aspects of finance and general administration. The post is Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week during time term (including all staff training days), 39 weeks per year. Working hours are 8.30-1.30pm Monday to Friday. (Some negotiation about hours may be possible). Actual Salary £13,948.66 - £14,664.40 per annum (Grade 6, SCP 6-9) pay award pending. Comfortable working with all the usual Office suite of applications, our ideal candidate will already have previous experience of school finance software (or similar) and be proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook and Word (and ideally SIMs and ParentMail), although full training and support will be provided for the right candidate. A willingness to join our First Aid team (training will be provided) would be desirable, as is an existing First Aid qualification.
