Your new company Hays are supporting a fantastic, growing organisation who are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their Marketing team in a newly created role. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic social media strategies across three brands. Your new role As the Social Media Manager, your role will focus on creating captivating content, driving engagement, and boosting brand visibility. Key objectives include building brand recognition, enhancing customer interaction, and tracking performance metrics to demonstrate ROI. You'll also be responsible for staying on top of emerging social media trends, collaborating with internal teams, and managing paid campaigns, all with the goal of fostering growth and strengthening their digital presence. Other responsibilities will include: Develop Social Media Strategies: Create and implement social media strategies for their three brands to boost engagement and awareness. Deliver monthly reports assessing performance. Content Creation: Produce engaging content for social media platforms, including articles, posts, and multimedia. Collaborate with internal teams and creatives to ensure alignment with the brand's tone of voice and goals. Campaigns & Competitions: Develop and oversee social media campaigns and competitions that captivate their audience and drive growth. Trends & Innovation: Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital technologies. Report monthly on new trends and apply them to strengthen our brands. Customer Interaction: Monitor social media interactions, responding to customer comments, and maintaining a positive brand image. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Regularly analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and ROI. Use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to optimise performance. Community Engagement: Engage with online communities to build brand passion and increase recognition. Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with other departments to develop impactful, consistent social media content. What you'll need to succeed You must have previous experience in a Social Media or Marketing role, with strong knowledge of paid and organic social media, various social media platforms, marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc.) You will also need excellent data analysis skills to track social media metrics, campaign performance and ROI.
