Job summary We are seeking an innovative and committed clinician to join this well-established domiciliary physiotherapy team. We are a city wide physiotherapy service who has a central base at the Kenton Centre. We are a team of physiotherapists, Associate Practitioners, Technical Instructors and administration staff, providing physiotherapy assessment and input into patients' own homes. The successful applicant will have a broad clinical background post registration, to include musculoskeletal, elderly care, neurology and respiratory care where possible. The successful applicant should have good communication skills and be committed to multi-disciplinary networking and be independently responsible for the provision of home based assessment, planning, development and therapeutic intervention. Hence, ensuring an integrated and holistic approach working alongside other professionals within the primary, secondary and social care services. Car driver is essential.
