Job Summary
Are you an IT Service Operator looking for a new role? If so, Dstl is recruiting for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Service Assurance Lead to be responsible for the day-to-day management and running of an Oracle system. You will be supported in looking after the service, escalating where necessary and providing incident resolution.

Job Description
You will:
* Report on and analyse service performance for the system.
* Support incident resolution and undertake analysis of service changes.
* Manage the day-to-day issues and escalations for the system.
* Be responsive to customer needs, challenging appropriately to maximise efficiency.
