About the Role:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning environment in local schools on a short-term basis. Whether it’s covering for planned absences or unexpected staff shortages, you will be stepping in to deliver engaging lessons, maintain classroom management, and ensure students continue to learn and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the school's curriculum.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
* Manage student behavior in line with the school’s policies.
* Adapt and be flexible to various school environments and age groups.
* Support and encourage pupils in their academic and personal development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching primary-aged children (Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2).
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
