Exciting new Permanent Opportunity - Children Residential Manager!

If you're ready for a new challenge and have the passion to want to manage a service for children within a residential home please read on. Working for an established provider of care and support to children and young people we are seeking a skilled Children Registered Manager.
The opportunity:
* Registered Children Home Manager to oversee and lead a team within a 3 bedded service for children aged between 8-18.
* To ensure the effective delivery of the care and support to the children and young people
* Overall responsibility to ensure the service meets the requirements and in line with all OFSTED regulations
* Work with the team to ensure that referrals and applications are made as and when necessary and within set time frames ie safeguarding and Ofsted notifications
* Support managers to identify staff members with Key Worker responsibilities
* Undertake regular reviews of the service and work in line with company policies and procedures
The ideal person:
* You will ideally have experience of working within a similar role as a manager and have sound knowledge of the Ofsted legislation.
* Your ability to lead and develop a team to ensure the safety of the children is paramount.
* You will have excellent communication, organisational and team playing skills and have the passion to want to work with and make a difference to the lives of children and young people.
* You will be flexible and ideally be a car driver with the Level 5 qualification or willing to complete this.
