PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Residential Groundworks Sector to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be covering sites across Northampton, Luton, and Watford.
Contracts Manager Roles and Responsibilities
* Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works, and time scales per trade.
* Prioritize workload, manage, and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned.
* Attend site meetings with clients and sub-contractors, producing accurately recorded minutes.
* Work closely with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases, and sub-contractor budgets.
* Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with current legislation.
* Assist the Commercial team and Directors with final account preparation.
Contracts Manager Requirements
* Ideally experience working as a Contracts Manager.
* Project Managers looking to step up will be considered.
* Experience managing Residential Groundworks projects is ideal.
* Other Groundworks and Civils experience will also be considered.
* Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.
* Up-to-date qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.).
* Up-to-date knowledge of working Health and Safety regulations.
* Full UK valid driving licence.
Contracts Manager Benefits
* Salary - £77,000 - £140,000 per annum.
