A locally growing organisation is on the lookout for a dynamic Helpdesk Operations Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage phone calls, faults, and appointment bookings for engineers
* Handle emails and respond to general queries
* Serve as the first point of contact for face-to-face and telephone enquiries
* Oversee and log jobs, and prepare quotes
* Schedule engineer diaries, book client access, and update job statuses
* Order parts and materials, receive and log deliveries, and perform general office tasks
* Update the internal database (full training provided on in-house software)
The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, work well both independently and as part of a team, and have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. A good sense of humour is essential for fitting in with the team and creating a positive work atmosphere.
