Key Responsibilities: Manage phone calls, faults, and appointment bookings for engineers Handle emails and respond to general queries Serve as the first point of contact for face-to-face and telephone enquiries Oversee and log jobs, and prepare quotes Schedule engineer diaries, book client access, and update job statuses Order parts and materials, receive and log deliveries, and perform general office tasks Update the internal database (full training provided on in-house software) The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, work well both independently and as part of a team, and have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
