Eames is currently working with a rapidly growing insurance business who are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations. Reporting to the COO, you will drive efficiency, enhance processes, and support business objectives through strong leadership and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage operational teams across underwriting support, business support, and change and MI.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly within Lloyd's and the FCA framework.
4. Oversee outsourcing agreements and service provider relationships.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Strong leadership and operational management experience in insurance.
2. Deep understanding of underwriting operations, claims processes, and financial controls.
3. Knowledge of Lloyd's and company market operations, systems, and regulatory requirements.
