Job Description
This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based in the H&M Uxbridge store.
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. You will implement the visual identity, drive routines, support selling, and assist the team to deliver a customer-first experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a visual identity in-store aligned with H&M guidelines to achieve a customer-first experience.
* Support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
* Ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are followed.
* Monitor store KPIs and initiate actions to meet business targets, goals, and budgets.
