Information & Role Requirements:
1. Hybrid Working (3 days home / 2 days office).
2. Inside IR35.
3. Preparation of Building Safety Cases.
4. Liaison with Building Safety Regulator.
5. Preparation of Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications.
6. Liaison with internal council teams, contractors and consultants.
7. A key member of the Building Safety Team.
