Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the Wrexham CAMHS Reception. This is a full time, permanent post which covers a range of administrative tasks to aid the continuity of an extremely busy service to our patients / carers and other professional colleagues. Previous reception and customer service experience is essential. You will also have knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel. The ability to prioritise your work and be highly organised is paramount to this post, as is excellent interpersonal skills, which includes a friendly telephone manner, whilst providing a professional, sensitive manner and maintaining confidentiality at all times. The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
