Collaborate closely with the senior team.Oversee kitchen operations, including food cost management and menu planning.Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality-focused culinary team, with prior senior roles in pastry teams highly preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail are essential.
