SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Basic: £28,000 to £30,000pa
Experience in the Automotive industry is essential.
Position Details:
Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 08:00-17:30 (One Saturday Morning end of month to 12 midday)
Location: Brighouse
Responsibilities of a Service Administrator:
1. Assist the Aftersales Manager
2. Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims
3. Applying the policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
4. Monitor warranty reports
5. Achieve industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines are put into place.
This is a busy role and involves a lot of liaison with manufacturers; therefore, strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with people are crucial.
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Administrator:
1. Experience within the motor industry in an administrative role
2. Computer literate with good communication skills (Kerridge experience beneficial)
3. Extremely organised along with the ability to manage the workload efficiently
4. Great attention to detail in your work
