Our HR team is a critical and integral part of our Offshore Wind business in the UK & Ireland. We work across the whole employee lifecycle supporting teams and projects across the development, construction and operations phases of our wind farms. The UK & Ireland is our biggest market and we are growing! We need diverse teams with the right skills, which you can be an integral part of.

You will work within the Global Talent Attraction, Recruiting & Early Careers team where you’ll have exposure to the full lifecycle of attracting, recruiting, inducting and developing talent within a global organisation. There will be opportunities to work alongside other HR functions including People & Organisational Development, HR Operations and Reward providing you with a complete picture of the different aspects of a fast-paced global HR function.

We are looking for the right people to enable our business - so you’ll need to be a highly ambitious, hard-working team player who’s passionate about working with people, developing new, innovative ideas and is keen to learn, grow and take accountability. We’re looking for students who are in the penultimate year of a Business, Psychology, Business Education or similar degree, ideally with a focus on HR, and who are on course to achieve a 2:1 or higher. What you must have is:
* Excellent communication skills with fluent English
* IT proficiency
* Strong sense of responsibility as well as solution-oriented and proactive action
* Organisational talent with analytical problem-solving skill as well as a creative drive
* A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions
* Motivated to take on new challenges, whether operating independently or in a team
* Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team
