Permanent £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Client
Our client is a well-established company with over 50 years’ experience within the construction sector, providing building services to both private and corporate clients from inception to completion. Our client is a member of the RICS and abides by the RICS code of conduct to confidently deliver exceptional customer service with professional integrity.
The Role
The purpose of the role is to provide the business, clients of the business, and senior management with technical experience, quality assurance, site inspections, and surveying in line with the company’s multi-disciplinary functions for warranty purposes.
The Responsibilities
1. Duly complete site inspection duties and corresponding support documents in line with the company's SLA with its clients, ensuring the build is compliant with regulations.
2. Assist the Associate Director in achieving heightened operational duties in accordance with the company's QMS procedures.
3. This role would suit an individual that relishes the thought of working on a broad range of buildings from single dwellings to some of the largest buildings in Europe and everything in between.
4. The right candidate should ideally hold a background in either warranty surveying, building control surveying, clerk of works, or building surveying, and either hold or be working towards professional membership (CABE, RICS, MICWCI, CIOB, etc.).
5. The candidate may join from another structural warranty auditing provider or directly from a building control role. There is no requirement to be an RBI registered surveyor; however, the building control function very much suits what we are looking for in terms of building compliance.
6. Assist in achieving monthly targets for the company, its service delivery, and planned year-on-year growth.
7. Assist in the delivery of internal technical auditing across project risks, site surveying, plans checking, and management.
8. Deliver a consistent service and build effective client relationships on all schemes through the completion of surveying duties.
9. Work with the company operations manager to deliver projects successfully to all stakeholders through the completion of surveying duties.
