The role:
As Content Manager for our UK market, you will be responsible for developing a content strategy that generates demand by delivering high quality, valuable content. You will oversee the creation, publication, and management of content that aligns with our brands tone of voice and engages our target audience. Supported by a Content Exec, you will collaborate with various sub:departments across marketing and the wider business to ensure our content strategy supports business objectives and drives results.
Key responsibilities:
* Content strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing goals
* Content creation: Oversee and contribute to the creation of high:quality, engaging content, both long and short form e.g. blog posts, social media updates, videos, and playbooks. Repurpose existing and new content to drive maximum efficiency and impact
* Team collaboration: Work closely with comms, design, and product teams to produce cohesive campaigns and projects
* SEO and analytics: Optimise content for search engines (SEO) and large language models (AIO) and track performance and engagement metrics to inform future content initiatives
* Editorial calendar: Manage the content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are well:coordinated with PR teams
* Brand consistency: Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content
The person:
* Proven experience, ideally B2B, in content creation, management, and strategic roles that are commercially focused
* Experience in managing and developing direct reports
* A self:starter who can work at pace
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail
* Proficiency in analytics tools and social media platforms
* Expert in utilising AI tools to drive maximum efficiency
* Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* A creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas to engage audiences
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
