The company is growing, and they want to get an experienced office admin on board to help with general administration alongside the accounts team, bringing experience from a busy and fast paced office in order to help assist with the smooth running of the business functions, including managing the company fleet, checking Invoices and delivery top quality customer service on the phone. Responsibilities Checking the accuracy of price/quantity calculations, disputing incorrect invoices, requesting credit notes for overcharges, and recording receipt of same Ensuring Health and Safety records are kept up to date. Managing company fleet. Answering the telephone and dealing with general inquiries. To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required. Experience Strong administration background Experience checking and matching invoices. Background in a busy office environment IT Literate Well organized with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
