Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to young people in a supported living environment, addressing their individual needs and promoting their well-being.
Work with young people who have experienced trauma, neglect, mental health issues, and attachment difficulties.
Ensure young people are accessing education and participating in positive activities.
Develop and implement individual care plans, regularly reviewing and updating them in collaboration with the team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
