A fantastic opportunity for a passionate OOH SNAM or Channel Lead to join a small, but growing B-Corp, with ambitious growth plans to reach £50m in the next few years. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the out-of-home (OOH) channel and developing strategic relationships with key partners. Client Details Our client is an SME business within F&B. They offer a range of food and drink products, both to take home and for on-the-go, with a health conscious focus. Description Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in the OOH channel. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Manage OOH budgets to ensure optimal spend. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights. Work closely with the sales team to optimise sales processes and strategies. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional campaigns. Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Profile A successful OOH Lead should have: A solid background in sales within the FMCG industry in the OOH channel - F&B preferred Proven experience in managing the OOH channel - wholesale / convenience / C&C preferred. (Also open to candidates with Holland & Barrett experience). Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Good knowledge of the UK FMCG market. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to commute to Central London 3 days a week. Job Offer An exciting role in a growing SME based in London.
