Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Scheme Manager to assist the Delivery Manager with the day-to-day operational management of Southfield House, a retirement housing development consisting of 63 self-contained leasehold properties.
About Southfield House
Southfield House is a private development for the over 55s, managed by a resident Scheme Manager who lives on site. As our ideal candidate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the community.
About the Role
This is a Permanent, Full Time position (35 hours per week) that requires a high level of organization and communication skills. You will be responsible for assisting the Delivery Manager in managing the daily activities of the residents and maintaining the upkeep of the properties.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Delivery Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Southfield House
* Manage the maintenance and repairs of the properties
* Coordinate events and activities for the residents
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in property management or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of organizational and time management skills

* A salary range of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience
