As an Assistant Headteacher (Culture and Ethos), you will play a crucial role in improving attendance, monitoring safeguarding, and promoting a positive culture around behaviour; in keeping with our trauma informed and therapeutic approach. You will line manage our dedicated pastoral team and be responsible for the quality of delivery and monitoring the impact of individual and small group interventions. You will also be the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
